Join me for a unique retreat, an unparalleled odyssey into the heart of creativity, offering a profound journey of personal and artistic transformation through the inner corridors of creation!
Nestled in the serene Byron Bay Hinterland, the sacred space of Soul's Palette Studios becomes a temple for deep self-exploration and creative liberation. Over four months, participants will embark on eight one-day retreats, each day dedicated to a different artistic medium. This experience culminates in an exhibition of artworks created, symbolising the participants individual and group collective power.
Our time together will be guided by a structure that honours freedom and fluidity, allowing for a dynamic and mysterious path. With activities ranging from breathwork and meditation to writing, sculpture, painting, mosaics, beading, etc... each day is an open invitation to connect with your innermost self and the creative spirit that moves you.

Focus: Grounding & Stability
Creating a sculpture with clay to celebrate the feminine. Acknowledging self care. Claiming ground... establishing strong roots.
Friday, August 23 - Water Colour Womb'
Sacral Centre / Element: WATER
Art medium - Water colour painting
Focus: Emotions & Sensuality
Using the fluid and expressive nature of water colours, to explore emotions and sensuality. This style of painting initiates flow and sensitivity. What is self love?
Friday, September 6 - 'Fire Painting'
Power Centre / Element: FIRE
Art medium - Acrylic painting
Focus: Will & Courage
Heat, fire, ash and paint are called upon to reflect ideas around power and worth. Colour and dynamic strokes explore themes of courage, will and self-esteem.
Friday, September 20 - 'Beading your Sacred Mala'

Focus: Love
Utilising the meticulous and meditative nature of beading to cultivate love, compassion and empathy. Igniting the hearts deepest longings. Knotting your Mala in prayer.

Collecting gifts from nature, sharing your Sacred Point of View, honouring others and being impeccable with your word carve their way into your Talking Stick.

Making a Spirit Doll from scratch to honour intuition. Affirming inner guidance through the Wise Woman within.

Piece by piece mosaics come together to reflect the radiant Light and Beauty of your Soul. Resting in emptiness and the great mystery.

A whole body of work will be complete at the end of this workshop with an opportunity to share your creations.
Artistic Components:
Dynamic Retreat Days:
Each fortnight will focus on a different energy centre of the body and its corresponding element. We begin at the Root and finish at the Crown.
Creative Mediums Exploration:
Each retreat day will explore a creative medium that aligns with it's corresponding centre. Clay work, water colour & acrylic painting, beading, sewing, writing and mosaics, etc... will all be experienced.
Eclectic Journal: A beautifully crafted journal for participants to document their journey, ideas, and artworks.
Embodied Creativity:
Many activities are held in the Copper Pyramid, enabling attendees to ground their creativity in the physical body, enhancing their creative flow and potential for breakthroughs.
Artistic Materials:
All materials are supplied.
Exhibition:
A celebratory showcase of the artworks created during the retreat, symbolising each participant's journey and transformation.
Supportive Themes:
Multi-dimentional surround sound guided breath meditations in the Copper Pyramid support grounding and deep states of consciousness.
Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls:
All forms of matter, including the cells in our bodies, vibrate at different frequencies. Crystal singing bowls are used to produce a pure sound frequency to establish harmonic resonance.
Cold Water Immersion:
One of our retreat days will include an ice bath. Cold water immersion stimulates the release of endorphins improving overall health and well being.
Present Moment Awareness:
Leveraging mindfulness practices to quiet the mind and act on creative impulses.
Overcoming Barriers:
A safe container to identify and address any personal and external obstacles that may arise.
Community and Connection:
Building a supportive network that fosters shared learning and inspiration.
Nature as Muse:
Retreats are held in an idyllic setting that cultivates creativity and offers a tranquil space for introspection and growth.

This carefully structured course, gathering one full day every fortnight, provides the perfect rhythm for deep, reflective work, allowing you to create to heart's content and alchemise what no longer serves.
Retreat days are held at Soul's Palette Studios, within a Copper Pyramid, located on acreage in the Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW Australia. Drenched in the beauty of nature, lunch, materials and tools are supplied... so all you have to do is show up.
Delicious vegetarian lunch and all materials inclusive.
FULL COURSE - 1 day a fortnight spaced over 4 months (8 days in total).
