I've also learned that inspiration is key! And interestingly, the word Inspiration is derived from the latin word inspirare or inspiritus which means 'to draw air into the lungs' , 'To breathe into' , 'To breathe in spirit' .

We are living in extraordinary times, and extraordinary times require EXTRA ORDINARY action. Sourcing ourselves to live our truth is a responsibility we each have.
